Thursday Night Thing is a multi-dimensional campaign developed for the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego. The theme that I established revolved around the word SEARCH, which exemplifies the concept of finding oneself through the art of poetry. The project challenges touched upon many aspects of graphic design.
First, I created a highly recognizable logotype and transferred the same elements of that logo to a large-scale poster. Next, I developed a W-Fold style brochure to serve as an informational resource. Because the event has free admission, I came up with a three dimensional package to contain a gift. This helped to encourage donations. The event is also promoted through online advertising with an Adobe Flash animation that was developed
